I knew they worked hard for their dollar, but that was what they were supposed to do, so that they could give me what I asked for. I even told my parents one year to take back everything they got me for Xmas, because it wasn't anything I asked for, so I didn't want it and they wasted their money. Parents were supposed to get their kids what they asked for. I was supposed to go on island trips every summer and sleep away camp. They were supposed to give me $100 weekly allowance. But, even at the age of 12, I used to feel like my parents were supposed to get me new Jordans every month. I wasn't Tip rich, more Huxtable comfortable. This method Tip did worked or me as a child. For many kids of fortunate circumstances think that they are entitled, and sometimes they need a reality check.
